PAYMENT

Freedom Audio Visual Powered by ON Services accepts the requested payment terms outlined in the FAQ document shared with bidders. We ask for a 50% deposit paid upon contract execution with the remaining balance due at the completion of the event. If terms are approved through a credit application process, we will extend Net 30 terms. 

 

WE ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SUBJECTS NOTED IN THE RFP INCLUDING:
 

  • No Warranty
     

  • Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Firms
     

  • Terms of Contract
     

  • Acceptance of RFP and Contract Terms

  • Expense of RFP Submission
     

  • Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations
     

  • ABCD Reservation of Rights
     

  • Insurance Requirements
