Understand Event History, Investment, Attendance, Changes, Goals
We want to understand where you have been so that we can help you navigate where you are going. That means taking a close look at your event history, including what you have invested in the past, how attendance has grown or shifted, what changes have been made along the way, and what goals have guided those decisions. Understanding that history allows us to build a smarter, more intentional plan going forward.

Once we understand your organization, your history, and your experience, we put it all together into a strategy that is built around your goals. That includes exploring how technology can support those goals in practical, meaningful ways, and bringing fresh ideas to the table where they make sense. Every recommendation we make is filtered through what is right specifically for ABCD & Company and NMSDC, not a myriad of other events.

Detailed Information, Site Visits, and Pre-Event Meetings
Preparation is everything. We provide detailed, transparent information at every stage of the planning process, conduct site visits to ensure we fully understand the environment we are working in, and hold pre-event meetings to align on every detail before we arrive on site. You will never feel like you are in the dark.

We understand that long term vendor relationships bring a certain familiarity.
