The digital signage system we use is a SaaS based cloud system. We manage the session schedule using the server console to manage session and speaker changes. Make schedule changes appear seamlessly without the clunky appearance of "remoting" in.

Rely on VNC managing applicationsto monitor a sign in real time.
If the signage goes offline or has wrong content, we’ll be able to know immediately and commit new changes right away. All this is done securely and reliably through a special VPN service that we use.
If you implement a speaker ready room at the same time, the digital signage can piggyback off of your existing VLAN network to save you some network infrastructure costs.

SPEAKER READY ROOM AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Software as a service (or SaaS) is a way of delivering applications over the Internet as a service. Instead of shipping and maintaining a physical server at your event, you simply access it via the Internet, freeing yourself from complex software and hardware management.
The speaker ready room [SRR] environment that we use is a SaaS system. It’s designed to collect your speakers’ presentations from anywhere in the world. Simply import your conference agenda and generate personalized emails to presenters with a link to the secure upload portal.
Once the event starts, speakers will come to the SRR and use the same familiar online interface, but this time checking in with a QR code for quick and effortless sign in. Speakers can upload, download, edit, and replace files.
In the meeting rooms, a connected in room app on the PC or MAC laptop connects to the SaaS system and downloads the content to the local laptop. The connected in room app provides a seamless presentation experience for your speakers.
