Your account manager is one of the most important relationships in this process, serving as your primary point of contact from early planning through the final moments of your event, and remaining consistent throughout the life of the relationship.


Though a specific account manager hasn't been assigned yet, we make that decision thoughtfully, matching each account manager to a program based on its scale, purpose, and character.


Your account manager sits at the top of the client communication pyramid, channeling everything you share to the right people on the production team, working directly with the executive producer, and overseeing the project management team.

Jamaine Williams

A Video Production and Audio graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Jamaine began his A/V career at the Philadelphia Marriott through the MVP training program in 2001. After realizing his passion had expanded beyond an employee role and into entrepreneurship, he invested in leadership development through company courses and SkillPath seminars , building the business acumen to complement his reputation as a skilled technician.

 

In 2019, with 18 years of experience, Mr. Williams co-founded Freedom Audio Visuals alongside a team of seasoned professionals, a company built from the ground up by people who truly understand the craft.

Brandy Johnson, CMP

As National Sales Director, Brandy ensures NMSDC feels well supported, well informed, and confident throughout the life of the event. She maintains a high-level oversight role, staying closely connected to communication and the overall client experience from start to finish.

With nearly two decades in event production, Brandy brings a laser focus on client experience backed by a strong technical foundation. She began her career as an audio engineer, and that hands-on background continues to inform her work on large-scale programs today. Her leadership background at luxury properties including Hilton, Marriott, and The Ritz-Carlton shaped her commitment to seamless, trust-driven service across national account partnerships and events throughout the country.

ON Services serves as the in-house audio visual provider at the San Diego Convention Center, and our ON Events national production team works throughout the region on a consistent basis. While our production leadership and key team members will travel to support your program directly, our Southern California presence and local talent network only strengthens the overall team we are able to assemble for your event.
